What Our Workmanship Warranty Covers

Every installation we complete is backed by a workmanship warranty. In plain English: it covers the build itself — posts set straight and secure, rails and pickets fastened the right way, gates hung square so they swing and latch the way they should. If a problem traces back to how we built your fence, we come back and make it right.

Your Exact Terms Are in Your Final Quote

We don't do one-size-fits-all warranties, because a cedar privacy fence, a vinyl fence, and a custom iron gate don't age the same way. The exact terms of your warranty — what's covered and for how long — are spelled out in writing in your final quote, before any work begins. That way there's no fine print to discover later: you know exactly where you stand before you sign.

A Note on Wood Fences

Wood is a natural material, and Texas works it hard — summer sun, sudden storms, and shifting clay soil all take a toll. Our workmanship warranty covers the construction of your wood fence; how long the wood itself stays looking sharp depends on maintenance. Plan to stain or seal every 2–3 years, and ask us about cedar pickets on galvanized steel posts — the combination we recommend most for long-term durability.

What a Warranty Doesn't Cover

Like any fence contractor, our warranty doesn't extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or third-party interference. If a storm does take a section of your fence down, call us anyway — many fence repairs can be handled same-day.
